Most banana splits you find on a beach trip are sad — pre-portioned cup with a banana wedge and a squirt of sauce. Ours isn't that. We build them at the counter, in front of you, with the same Hershey's ice cream we're hand-scooping for cones — and a real, fresh banana cracked open while you wait.
The small is plenty for one. The large is the photo people post when they get back to the rental. Pick your fight.
